I published my story in details on the internet, but you need to know where they are, because I did not make it obvious since most Americans, most Christians and most US Patriots don't care, and this is as true as your phrase above. They don't EVEN have the decency to EVEN consider the end of life of their godly fellow, was a living hell due to the fact that Ashley could be with the apple of his eyes for 24 months instead of just 5 1/2 months, (so 19 months trashed by US Immigration just for the "hell of it") and as soon as I immigrated on June 16th, 2006, we had a deadly fight with the VA hospitals. (just 2 weeks after the other fight began)

So here is my last letter to Congressman McHugh about my situation if you want to read it and if you don't, I am used to that attitude. I will blog this to my 25 links, because I know I was on my way to have a heart failure 5 times between August 1st to August 11th, 2008, because I had to deal directly with these "wonderful people" from under Homeland Security.

For Ash and America. But at least you are warned concerning what Homeland Security is really about.

First thank you for your fast reply.

I must say that it took them at least 16 months (from June 16^th, 2006 to Oct. 2007) to send me my temporary (permanent) resident card and I needed this temporary (permanent) resident card to do my change of status so they are the ones who drug their feet all right and they are dragging their feet since this Immigration ordeal which began on November 3^rd, 2004 and that is literally killing me because my heath is jeopardized by all the stress I went through with Immigration (they gave us a “wonderful” honeymoon gift by separating us like cattle at the Ogdensburg Port of Entry, when in fact I was already in the US with no date return limit) then Ashley’s death, then nobody to tell me that Ashley could be buried in the Arlington Cemetery with due honors since he was an Honorably Discharged Veteran (shame on American Legion for that because they did less than bare minimum for me and on the Pastor Colin Lucid who should have more lucidity to let me know such a thing) and then this Immigration business after Ash’s death that is dragging on as well.

Any person who is having common sense can understand that it cannot do otherwise than affect my health with all this mess and I would not be surprised to die about the same age than Ashley i.e. 49 if I’d die to a young age. I am 42 and I feel to be 1000 years old since Nov. 3^rd, 2004, the date that US Immigration desecrated our marriage. This life is making me sick and I won’t go back to Quebec because my Very Dear Late Husband is buried in the US even if that would shorten it. Because of this “wonderful” US Immigration experience, I could only work and drive my car for only 7 months of 24 months and once I got my temporary (permanent) resident card (oxymoron), I could not work because of exhaustion so that means that not only I could not afford to buy a monument because I paid for the burial expenses because nobody cared to let me know that Rev. Ashley McDonald Buchanan, Doctor in Divinity, Permanent teacher and Honorably Discharged Veteran could be buried for free with due honors in the Arlington Cemetery so I could invest the little money I had for a monument instead and to make my experience worse, what I put on Ashley’s grave was stolen so everything seems to be under control alright. I am dying slowly but surely of exhaustion. I do understand fully well from my experience since 4 years why my dear Americans don’t want a “wonderful” national ID card and I don’t blame them.

Your letter is giving me the written proof that my stay in the US is extended for one year from the date of expiration of the conditional residency card i.e. until June 16^th, 2009 which is at the corner, so I need to take care of my “wonderful” Immigration issues again and this seems to be a never ending story but I do thank you Mr. McHugh for this fact that I have a written proof now because I never received the receipt of the I- 751 (all I got is the proof that my fingerprinting was done on May 3^rd, 2008 and also I got the stamp of Homeland Security and the working permit stamp on August 11^th, 2008 and I do remember this specific date because I was sick from the day I took the appointment to the date I had it and they might lie to you once again to cover their “butt” telling you that I am the one who lost it like they accused me of the loss of my visa packet when in fact they are the incompetents and the best proof I have is the fact they used my zip code as my mailing address to send me this temporary (permanent) resident card (which add to the waiting time that I could apply for my change of status) and I have the proof of this on a email that nobody in this world can challenge.

Mr. McHugh, I need help because I am a US Citizen according to the most authoritative book of the Universe, the Word of the Living God as well as the Immigration laws before this 9/11 false flag operation who were considering me as a US Citizen. You have no idea Mr. McHugh how good it would be for me to have my situation straighten out once and for all in the US and more precisely with US Immigration. Of course, I am the one paying for the fact they are dragging their feet as usual because they told you that they are processing these petitions received on October 21, 2007 and they received mine when of course, I couldn’t send them my change of status because I had to wait for my temporary (permanent) resident card to come after at least 16 months of waiting period because of them dragging their feet.

The only cost to the estate of the deceased is for any additional inscription that is needed on an existing private monument after the interment or for a vault if the next-of-kin should elect to provide for an outside container other that the grave liner provided by the government.

All costs associated with preparation of the remains, casket or urn, and shipping of the remains to the Washington, DC area are at the expense of the estate unless the deceased is currently on active duty with a branch of the Armed Forces. Please check with your local VA office and Social Security office to determine if any benefits are available from either or both agencies.

They were married in Union County North Carolina, U.S. of A. Her husband received many certificates/diplomas, obtained his Doctrine of Divinity in Florida

It stands to reason that when a foreigner marries an American citizen in the continental U.S. of A. That spouse becomes a legal citizen of the United States of the state in the United States where the parties to the marriage live. “

One must remember that there have been many that have had problems with the department of IMMIGRATION, which spans back for many, many years. Now things are even tougher since the false flag of 9/11 2001… Now it appears that all immigrants are “terrorists” as well as all the citizens of the continental united states.

In my lowly opinion, these so called guardians of the land, seem to project that a clean background does not even enter into the scenario of one’s previous work ethics, or accomplishments, it appears that there is an abuse of the border guards position of authority.

What I have come to find out, this is a common everyday occurrence, which could possibly be one of the main reasons the INS / ICE is so far behind in approving citizenship, status for the many thousands that have already applied.

2. He was HONORABLY discharged so I would like to see him get an honorable military burial ceremony; (most honorably discharged military personnel do receive these honors)

Here is what I want to accomplish and these are the areas in which help would be greatly appreciated:

I do believe that Marie Martine Buchanan to Ashley on Oct 29th 2004 has met all the

requirements. Not only were Marie and Ashley prohibited from being together in their

rightful state of marriage for 19 months of the last 24 months by what appears to be a

rogue department under the heading of ICE formerly called INS within the United States,

staffed with incompetent border guards at;

First event occurred Nov. 3rd 2004 at Ogdensburg Port of Entry, New York State

Just the fact that Marie was married to an HONORABLY discharged veteran should be

enough for him to receive that basic honor...(a veteran that went an fought just on the

principle of ideals that had been instilled in him all through his childhood)

Second event occurred on 12/04/2004 at Roosevelt Port of Entry, NY, Christmas

gift for December 2004.

They saw her face on T.V, she said; she was visiting a friend. They refused her entry

by ten of this Nation’s finest incompetents, and saying; “You are married”. Well

Congressman what better friend is there than your spouse? Do you Congressman

McHugh have some better friend than your wife?

Marie also told them exactly where she was going: 6B, Talcott Street Upper,

Massena, NY, 13662-2224 and this was at less than 10 miles from the Roosevelt Port of Entry.

Notice of Action was made on August 1st, 2005 by the department of Homeland
Security so why did they make them wait until June 8th, 2006 when her Immigrant Visa
was issued? She was not supposed to have waited for a visa number as
soon as her petition was approved by department of Homeland Security

Marie was about to be denied entry once again on May 24th 2006 at the US Embassy in Montreal, Quebec, Canada .
Finally allowed to entered on June 16th 2006 at Fort Covington Port Of Entry

Honor widows who have no other family members to care for them.( Honor

widows that are widows indeed.

They devour widows' houses and say long prayers to cover it up. They will

receive greater condemnation!"

A false witness will not go unpunished, And he who tells lies will not escape

Her husband Ashley died within the 4 year period of anguish, which the ICE / INS helped

to induce, with their careless, wanton, disrespect, and disregard for these two beings.

Hmmm two friendly Nations with a common border. Which appear to employ antagonists

as public relation agents, in their department.

Yet for some reason you CONGRESSMAN, fall for the ICE / INS line and it was

also stated that Marie Buchanan did not submit her ‘Visa Packet”… Marie Buchanan’s

passport is stamped clearly with the date June 16, 2006 and it is

initialed by the ‘agent’ that allowed her to pass through the Fort Covington Port of

Entry Then you tell me congressman, whom it was that failed to perform

their routine duties in a competent honorable and forthright manner?

Here is a point to ponder on; Is it the function of the immigration department to

antagonize new immigration applicants? Is it the immigration departments

ultimate goal to fiend off those that seek this new land? To have them throw

their hands up in disgust, and walk away?

officials. She has fought through letters to get help for her husband who was
ill. She wanted to be at his side during this trying time, but the governments

They were separated in the middle of their honeymoon by the Ogdensburg
Port of Entry when in fact they were not supposed to be separated.

What I have come to find out, this is a common everyday occurrence, which could

possibly be one of the main reasons the INS / ICE is so far behind in approving citizenship,

status for the many thousands that have already applied. This, leads to another thought,

maybe this is how CONGRESS and the INS / ICE would like to alleviate their incompetent

performance thus far….

As a SOVEREIGN American citizen of the united Republics I am imploring you to do the

right thing and stop this persecution that is being directed, and employed against the

widow Marie Buchanan.

I have known Marie Buchanan for about 6-7 years and I also knew of her marriage to Mr.

Ashley Buchanan. I also know of the ministry they shared and have participated in it with

them on several occasions. I have followed Marie’s battle with the American Government

since her marriage and trying to get into the United States and gain citizenship. It is amazing

to me how many ‘illegals’ get the red carpet treatment, yet a Veteran and his new bride are

treated like common criminals.

The ordeal that Marie has had to endure throughout her marriage and Ashley’s illness and

subsequent death is something you would expect in a communist country. I am appalled

at the way this situation has been handled and most especially the treatment in making

Marie’s transition into our country a literal nightmare.

I believe there should be a complete investigation into the V.A. Hospital that treated Ashley

and I believe criminal charges should be filed against those that were negligent. As for the

current situation about Marie’s status into this country, that should not even be in question.

This government owes it to the wife of a Veteran to make this situation right and stop

harassing her in her attempt to become a citizen. In fact this government, this fictitious entity

owes it’s very existence to the ‘PEOPLE’.

With treatment like this it is no surprise that there are hundreds of thousands of “illegals”

because trying to do what is right is impossible with our incompetent government.

As an American citizen and a Veteran of our Armed Forces I am imploring

you to do the right thing and stop this crazy charade with Marie.
